The mobility scooter is smaller than I expected. I took it on a small tiled/tilled area and ended up falling off, so I definitely recommend being cautious on uneven surfaces. One major drawback is how loud the scooter is. I use it mostly inside my home, and the reverse beeping noise cannot be turned off, which is extremely frustrating.
On the positive side, the battery life is good and the speed is reliable. It works well for basic indoor use, but there are definitely a few design issues that could be improved.

I have purchase this mobile scooter for my mom about a few weeks ago. After charging the battery the scooter doesn't work. I contacted product support and have been exchanging emails without any success to resolve this issue. They said that product support team doesn't provide any telephone support. I'm very frustrated and my mom who is waiting to use this mobile scooter is still waiting to do so. Not happy, very disappointed.
