If I could give zero I would. Unusable. The solar panel and and the fan end had two different connection. They could never be used together. They sent me the wrong pieces. There was no way to fix it. No way to make it work. I posted picture after picture of the problem and customer service did not or would not understand the problem. And refused to make it right. All they had to do was either give me a refund or send the right pieces. They kept threatening to close the case and make me stuck with a broken item that couldn't be fixed. I'm now in the same position with another product that they sent that was missing pieces. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare.

installed in a 20 ft shipping container to help cool it down in the summer heat. It worked good for a few weeks but now it has quit. Will work halfway for a while if unplugged from the solar panel and then reattached. Panel will only show around 14 volts unplugged in the sun. I'm betting that is not enough as my other panels show 18 plus volts.

Doesn't move alot of air. Sun has to be bright for any movement. Won't be buying any more of these.

I am disappointed to report this hasn’t worked well. At first it worked great but the battery depleted the first day and it hasn’t recharged since then despite moving the panel to be completely certain it’s receiving full sun. When it operated, it was weaker than anticipated but it did help remove the stuffy feeling inside. The control box is simple yet mildly confusing to use. I have reached out multiple times for help hoping maybe I just got a bad solar panel. The first time I got no response. The 2nd request I was able to chat with someone who I guess just submitted a ticket on my behalf (again?). It’s been a couple days and still no response. I wouldn’t recommend or purchase again.

The fan worked great the first night after charged by the sun. Never has worked since then..

plugged in, ran it for a day (im in arizona) plenty of sunlight for solar power, no power what so ever the fans are all dead this was garbage literally..

The fan is great. Had nothing but problems with the thermostat. First it was shutting off. Then the keypad stopped working all together. Waiting on them to do the right thing.

The thing i ordered ia adequate for my needs. But, I give the ORDER itself a 1-star. One of the two items was missing ONE of the TWO parts!!!! Such mediocrity.... the chat assistance in the app is not well developed in format for Samsung phones. Very frustrating

Fan is maybe an inch big and turns like a spinner with no breeze! I’m so sick of these companies stealing our money! It is theft! I had to put my valuable time into installing the useless piece of crap, not at all easy, to find out it was for nothing because the fan is crap!!!!
