Not sure this is drinking water safe - after water sits in the hose overnight, it comes out of the tap frothy and smelling of plastic. Water needs to be run for a minute or so to clear out the bad water. I regret buying this and you might too.

Hose froze in cold weather. Couldn’t handle freezing conditions. Unfortunately I do not recommend.

Ben S Broke the second time I used it
Trash product. The second I unrolled it the tail end popped out of the blue casing and stopped working after the second time it was connected. Don't waste your money.

brand new hose. Froze up on me the first cold snap we got. I even have insulated skirting under camper.

I’ve had the 50 ft hose hooked up to the camper for a total of a month (At Most). The hose is in a no traffic area. It’s already splitting and leaking water.

Won't buy another heated hose from your website it leaked and yes I was refunded for the item but you didn't ask if it I would like it replaced, you just right away give a refund instead of asking if you would like it replaced. So take me off your mailing list I will not buy anything from your company again and also you can talk to your support team, you have to text them to talk to someone.

Piece of junk keeps leaking at the fitting finally took the heat strip out (which was good quility} and insulated it with 1/2 pex and works great I baught 2 of theese hoses and they both faild the same way

Mitch Horrible product - draws twice rated power constantly
Tech support agreed with my issue, promised a refund and then didn't refund me. This is completely shady. The 100' unit draws about 900W continuous - regardless of air temp - so even when it's a hot day this will just draw power. The wording of the marketing materials makes it look smart / efficient and states the rated power is 550 watts,
Totally dissatisfied and also annoyed that they closed my support ticket without the proper refund.
