I bought the simplest model without the long handels or side grips. The jack works very fast and is easy to place. It is much easier and faster than my old hydraulic floor jack when I change my winter/summer tires. I do think small jack stand might be prudent in case something bursts or pops. Too many delays in shipping. Delivery was set for 10 days. Then I called and it was changed to 3 weeks. Then it still didn't arrive when it was suppose to. I called again and wasn't able to speak with anyone, but I did leave a message. It did arrive the following day. If you say delivery in 3 weeks, then that's ok. But when you say 10 days and don't deliver, that's frustrating.

Jack is nice and did finally get my order to take. There's some reason that I have a problem ordering from you. Every order, at first doesn't go through and I know all the information is right. To get an order through to you, I'm forced to resubmit it two or three times and it's a problem for me. The last order, I chose to just cancel and buy somewhere else. If you can help, I'd really appreciate it. Otherwise, I'm going to try ONE more time to order something and if it doesn't go through the first time, I'll never try ordering from you again.

This looks to be a very nice tool for someone with bigger equipment lifting needs than I have. The reason I gave it 4 overall rating is the fact I couldn't return it and exchange for the 3T unit. It was my mistake ordering the 5T jack. I had both in my cart and accidentally ordered the wrong one. Customer Service suggested , because of shipping cost, I keep it and sell it locally. Overall I believe this could be a great addition to your shop if you need heavy lifting capabilities.
