Product came and was easy to assemble overall. Had a problem with the strap that came with it that it was broken. Vevor customer service is not the brightest. They want me to disassemble and send the entire thing back instead of sending me a replacement strap. The strap is cheap anyway so will just go down to Home Depot and buy a better one rather trying to resolve with Vevor customer service.

I purchased this to move from a upstairs residence. It was easy to put together, but the hard plastic wheels just pop on with a grip cap of sorts, no cotter pin or anything to ensure the wheels stay on, and they didn't. This thing is heavy, heavier than any dolly I've ever used. The plastic wheels did not roll easily up the stairs, rubber tires of some sort would have rolled better. It made a lot of noise and had no flex. I regret purchasing .

This is way too heavy without anything on it. Pulling it up stairs is very difficult. The metal curved wheel mounts strike the nose tread and scratch and dent the wooden varnished stairs. The metal really shouldn't touch the nose tread but since it does, there should be a rubber covering over the metal. I would NOT recommend this item. Spend the money on a better aluminum well designed brand.

I purchased this dolly specifically to move a heavy safe up and down a flight of stairs. The good news is that it completed the job and protected my hardwood floors, so it does function as intended. Unfortunately, after just one use, one of the wheels bent. My safe was well below the advertised 770 lb maximum capacity, so I was surprised to see the wheel deform so easily. While the dolly remained usable, I expected it to hold up much better given its advertised load rating. Overall, it's reasonably priced and has a clever design, but the durability left me disappointed. If the wheel assembly were made stronger, this would be a much better product. As it stands, I can't confidently recommend it for moving heavy items anywhere near its stated weight capacity.

Cheaply manufactured, doesn't work well, wheels not strong enough to hold and climb stairs especially not the quoted weight load of 330lbs, awkward to grab a hold of of a stove/oven of about 235lbs. Lost control of the load, I ended up damaging the side of the oven side cover. Then I decided not to use it anymore. Shameful to be selling inferior made products and quote that the maximum load it could handle is 650lbs, that's crazy talk

Constantly comes apart. It’s only held together by a slip joint, and that slip joint is very crude. This thing will get you hurt.

I bought this cart expecting it to make carrying heavy loads up and down stairs much easier, but unfortunately, it does the opposite. The three-wheel climbing system looks like a good idea, but in practice the wheels tend to slip and rotate instead of providing a smooth climb. I actually found it easier to use a standard hand truck with two wheels, lifting it one step at a time. With this design, the rotating wheels often make the cart harder to control and require more effort than expected. The frame itself is solid, but the stair-climbing feature simply does not perform as advertised. In my experience, it is more frustrating than helpful, and I cannot recommend it for anyone who regularly transports heavy loads on stairs.

Used it to remove and install water heaters in basements. The handles are too low unable to truly grip going up and down the stairs carrying tall objects. And the three wheels get caught on bull nose making it difficult to lift holding heavy objects. I was better off using a standard dolly. It’s good for light use. Quality is great and price too it’s folding feature is nice very compact.
