The pallet forks are pretty well made but I had to give them 2 stars because they were missing the mounting hardware

These have a really hard time staying perpendicular to the bucket. I can understand why they have versions with the cross supports.

1/2 The Hardware is missing. This 4,000 lb model required 4 of the big clamping bolts with nuts. The 2,000 lb model required 2. The box was in good condition so they didn't fall out. The manufacturer didn't put them in the box , or I was sent the wrong item. I checked today for these 3/4 in diameter bolts and nuts found some not rated the 8.8 hardness and there over $21.00 each. What the heck. Seen another review saying the same thing buy the name Richard Waldrop.

Used these to lift some stumps into my backhoe bucket. First stump was around 400 lbs and the forks didn't stay straight even though I tightened them with a mini sledge but they did lift the stump. Second larger stump was around 600-700 pounds and the forks couldn't handle it. Both forks bent and broke. There is no way these things could handle anywhere near 4000lbs. Totally disappointed. While I figured they might not do what they said they would, I was hoping they would be able to handle at least half the rated weight. Save your money and buy something better.

These were made without anyone actually testing them or they would have noticed the constant issues. 1. You HAVE to buy the bar for the middle or else they just spread apart. It is sold separately. It also doesn't stay where you adjust it and slips up and down the forks. 2. No matter how tight you clamp these, they slide around, twist, and damage your tractor bucket. You literally cannot pick anything up unless it is a pallet. 3. The ends of the forks are 45degree angles. They are so blunt, they don't slide under anything. Just get actual forks and don't piss yourself off. :(

Shipped missing 4 key parts. Unable to secure the "bolts" . UNABLE TO UES with out them HUGE WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. NO SUPPORT TO SHIP THE MISSING BOLTS!

Screws were missing so this BS, Unable to talk to an actual live person, terrible customer service.

They were sent at same time as a second package the one arrived and the forks never came they refunded me and said reorder. Now not in stock all this took almost 8 weeks ...

I was told there was a problem with shipping and the where delivered back to the warehouse.....I seriously doubt it. Amazon,UPS , and fed ex are here everyday.
