The sublimation is not perfect and somehow it doesn't make good impression on the sides of the mugs handle, the temperature is not balanced on the edge and it makes the printing lighter than in the middle, it should have had more surface to tighten the mugs.

good started hat press if creating single layer design. But if wanting to create more detailed projects don’t buy. Spend the extra to get a standing press that you can control more. I don’t use this press as I can’t create detailed design ( and I work in the htv vinyl industry) so a beginner has no chance. I brought this to travel with but apart from great size. Does not do what I need it too

Thoroughly disappointed in the performance of this product. I bought this so I could press some hats for a friend that does pro-wrestling in our local community. I basically wasted all my DTF prints I purchased and the blanks that I bought. I can't confidently give these to my friend for him to sell at his wrestling events. I used the same DTF prints on other blanks and they worked beautifully. There is a flaw in this press. Maybe because you have to manually press the print to the hat with the iron. I'm not sure where the design flaw is but it doesn't work well with what I was trying to accomplish. I will be returning this product and looking into a pull down/lever hat press.
