Has a steep learning curve

Love the cable railing, but figuring out what parts to buy is not easy. If you order a 42" corner post for example you need to also order 24 special cable fasteners to go with it. I couldn't find those on Vevor's site, but I was able to order somewhere else. An ordering guide and/or pre-sales support would help a lot.

All extra parts were packed on one end of the box, which was torn open during shipping. I send a claim end and they wanted pictures of what was not there! They abrupty closed out the case so I cannot determine if the product is adequate to mate further purchasing decisions on the 20 more post I would need along with cabling.

Website picture shows a normal straight rail, so I bought it. The product is actually a corner rail/ L bracket. Tried to return and customer service says they will send email. Never happens. customer service extremely poor. No way to contact and review issues. Any purchase is a gamble.
