Lies they sell you machines that don’t have correct filters
18L/38L Filter papier
Unfortunately not the correct filters for my machine as described by website and by the customer service. This doesn’t fit the lyc 38l and must be modified to use unlike the original filters sent with new machine. VEVOR does not sell correct filters for machines they actually make. It’s absurd and they will not let me return the oil filter machine even though they do not provide the filters for the machine they sold me. Do not buy not worth it.

“Very frustrating experience with this product and the overall service. Not only did we face an issue with a missing package from our order, but despite multiple emails and clear communication, the concern has still not been resolved. The tracking shows that two packages were delivered, but we only received one, and this has been explained several times to the company. Unfortunately, there has been no proper response or effort to fix the issue. Poor customer service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend based on this experience.”
