Product seems to work with CPR training mannequins . I can attest to the fact that I have seen like kinds used successfully . Thankfully , I have not had a chance to use it in field or at home. That aside , I have to give Vevor a thumbs up . The unit is what it says it is . Made with decent material and designed to function as a life saving device. The price is on point and without compromise. If used correctly , yes , you can save a life. All households especially  those with children , could be well served by keeping one nearby. It should be used as a tool to save a life , but a successful result is multiplied by 10x by having knowledge of basic life saving skills along with the device CPR , Heimlich etc..... I think Vevor should be commended by providing this tool to the public with quality and price. Its a tool that is better to have and not need it, than needing it and not having it !

Happily not needed yet so this is only a review of the quality of the product. Well made and appears to be an effective device if ever needed. Well packaged, clear instructions.

I have not used it and hope I never will but it looks great and it looks like it would work if I needed it.

Just like the expensive ones advertised.

I was expecting more suction. I haven’t had to use it. I did test it. I hope it works if needed.

Fortunately I haven’t had to use it but it looks like it will do the job. I have had to preform the Hymlick twice in the past and I would hope that this will be easier than that. I keep one in the kitchen and one in the car.

This is a good concept but not sure about the functionality of using on oneself. it requires you to manually pull out the end to produce the vacuum. Unsure if someone choking could have the pull the end with enough force to produce adequate vacuum. Probably will work if you are administering to someone else.
