Melted plug, smoke was really bad, good thing I was close by to unplug it. VEVOR refuses to send my a refund, instead they offer to send me a new plug, and harness and take the unit apart to fix it myself, im not a certified electrician and should not be asked to repair this myself. Especially since I bought the 3 year protection plan.

I was excited about this machine when I bought it but something told me to buy the extended warranty and oh boy I'm glad I did. I have had to have vevor replace this machine 2 times, first time it lasted 2 days before it starting smoking from underneath ended up being the power supply cord was getting melted, they tried wanted me to try to open the machine and see what was wrong and they would send me the parts.... Unacceptable. Then offered me $50 to keep the machine.... I declined and they offered $114 to keep the machine. After a few days of this I just wanted another machine.... They sent one to me and it died on the first day of use after about 2 hours, it just shut off and wouldnt turn back on. I sent a video to them and they offered me $20.... Unacceptable. I refused and the offered me $57, I refused and they offered me $114... Unacceptable for a machine I paid $240 for with the extended warranty.

I use it 3 times fuse blow ... Change the fuse for the spair and not Working broken after 3 use!!! Try other ac outlet and nothimg very bad Product and want a refunf

Worked great for about 8 times then the on/off switch fell off and shorted out my shop circuit. Then I went to move it to empty it and the handle fell off.

Plug, switch and cable burst into flames within the first 2 hours of ownership, Vevor has yet to respond to warranty

Came broken wouldn't allow me to send video eventually started on fire JUNK AND JUNK CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased one of these cleaners a little over a year ago (12/02/24). The first one lasted a whopping 6 months. Only one setting would work on the whole machine. After dealing with a major headache to get it replaced under the year warranty that they come with I finally got a replacement. I had to turn down offers of a $30 refund and keep my broken machine. This was followed up by several other lowball offers when I made it perfectly clear I would like to return/replace. Which shows how they like to deal with the issues in itself. Anyways, I get the replacement in July of 2025 and as I'm writing this (12/15/25) the replacement one has been sitting on a shelf for a month unplugged. Reasons being the cleaning modes do not work and can't trust that it's not going to catch on fire. The reason it is sitting unplugged, I plugged the replacement cleaner in to use it one day, and it lights up but none of the settings work to actual clean. The display lights up but it smells like it is going to catch on fire. Even plugged in for a minute, it starts to reek like something is burning. After the first one made a popping noise and started to smell like it was burning I have unplugged the replacement after every use. I've checked the fuse, the same circuit boards they wanted me to check on the last one, and I am seeing nothing that stands out being wrong with it. Obviously, unplugging it no good either. So, I have went through 2 of these machines in less than a year technically. Mind you I always fill these up to the maximum fill line, and use the basket, both of which are how the instructions say to do it. At this point, because I have my doubts of them actually making this right, I'll be saving up for a much more expensive ultrasonic as these simply do not last. Would not recommend one of these to my worst enemy.

I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH VEVOR. THE UNIT WAS BARELY 2 MONTHS OLD AND STARTED OMITTING A BAD ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL AND NOW DOSNT WORK. THEY REFUSE TO HONOR THE 3 YEAR WARRANTY AND WONT SHIP ME A REPLACMENT UNIT. I AM MOMENTS AWAY FROM DISPUTNG THE CHARGES AS THEY WONT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.
