We were getting ready to open the pool for the season, and when we were getting ready to do it we saw one of the panels belonging the cocer has several holes... it is strange since apparently it seems to be one single panel/section and the rest seems fine.... could a racoon or an opossum might have cause it? Not sure, but it's unlikely this just has happened after just one single use 😢

Fits well .There was a spot where the exterior binding had separated from the cover.It was only about an inch but had expanded to about 4 inches .Im concerned about that increasing over the winter.As well one of the metal tips on a strap has come off .It seemed like too much trouble to remove the cover and ship it back and we wanted to close the pool.For that amount of money I expected better.

Bought this pool cover before winter. Installed easy, drilled all holes and installed supplied brass anchors etc. comes with the tool to install springs easy. install went well aside from it being a little too big but its a shelf item and not a custom size. my biggest complaint is that when the cover took on snow, a couple of the spring/retention clips let go. the cover didnt let go but i had to tighten others and rig the missing clips with other hardware to hold. about 4 inches of snow had it sagging pretty good, not sure a good snowfall of 8+ wont collapse the cover if not cleared.

Great price. Lower quality fittings. Constantly having to tighten the straps. Hoping that it will last a couple of years . Probably would not purchase again.

We never received the installation parts that went with the pool cover. After a month of going back and forth with Vevor. They told us to order our own parts. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with.

Do not biuy from this compnay. They would not take any returns and will keep blaming that you did not use it coreectly.

I ordered this pool cover thinking that it would be excellent for the price. When I received it and unboxed it, the quality seemed poor for the $450 that it cost. I simply requested to return the product and the customer service has been poor. I have the product in the box and simply just need to return it for a full refund. The messaging with the agents is extremely slow, and they seem unwilling to just accept the return. I would avoid ordering from here at all costs as they advertise free returns, but are not willing to help you..

Sent wrong size and will not correct. I sent all the information they requested 3 times and they just keep going in circles putting me off I believe in hopes I'll go away and not call on Econsumer.gov, FTC, State Attorney General, USA .GOV, FACEBOOK and Capital One. Any reliable company knows how to handle this without passing you to 10-15 people with the same information over and over. Thought Vevor was a reliable company. It's not that they don't know how to exchange, they don't want to. I'll will settle for 30 new Anchors and the two springs that were short. I have an insurance deadline and can't wait 2-3 weeks to go through sending back and receiving. So far no ideas, offers or any remedies.
