this product is extremely dangerous. do not buy this. has serious design flaw. force of hammer impact directs back toward operator, not concrete. add to that, bit lock instantly vibrates to unlock position at first impact. this jack hammer could cause a very bad injury to operator.

The hammer arrived cracked on the plastic part. VEVOR never cared. I informed them, but they didn’t pay any attention. It’s an average-quality hammer—average to low, actually. And it didn’t work well. It’s nothing special. The only thing it has going for it is the price-to-quality ratio, which is just mediocre. If I had to buy again, I definitely wouldn’t.

Ich habe vor rund einem Monat einen Abbruchhammer bei der Firma Vevor bestellt. Trotz mehrfacher Wartezeit und drei Wochen Geduld ist bis heute keine Lieferung angekommen. Sehr schlechte Leistung und absolut unzuverlässig. Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Didn't work from beginning, save your money, they want me to open it up and diagnose it myself. Just go buy a Bosch, save your money

I might have gotten a dud. I am not sure if it is really built as a 110v unit since the instructions show it as being a 220v version for the EU. The BPM was super pathetic and really lacking. I could not get thru any type of concrete unless it was ultra thin or already fractured. I reached out to Vevor to return it and the really do not want these units back. So they gave me a $150 credit. I figured I would use it on the smaller job I had and is is what it is. That is when I realized no something still isn't right so I reached out again in search of either how to fix it or see if I could get it warrantied or serviced. They came back and gave me a $94 credit because the have zero infrastructure to handle anything other than giving you money back. So in the end I am still out some $ with a product that just doesn't work. I might have to use it as a boat anchor. I will be cautious with the electrical items I buy from them going forward.

When the machine worked, it was amazing. A seal or something broke and oil just pours out. Trying to get it resolved and nothing Vevor has suggested works to fix it. It is under warranty, why won't vevor honor there warranty?

Leaks oil badly and does not work. Has not worked even brand new out of the box. Absolute garbage.

The only good thing I have to say is that the price was right! I ordered the product and it was supposed to be here on the 18th of May and I was headed out for a prospecting Adventure on the 20th the product did not show up on time in fact it was over a week late so I had to purchase another one that I can have right now and of course that one cost me extra after I arrived back from my week-long vacation there was no vacation a week long of hard work and without the right Jackhammer would have been harder. But now I'm stuck with two jackhammers because the first one I ordered didn't show up on time. So at this point I have not used this jackhammer and have no way to evaluate whether it's good bad or ugly. Needless to say I was just a little frustrated as it did not show up on time.

This is a very heavy product. Also the bits get very quick. You’re gonna need to sharpen them several times a day. It also uses a lot of oil which probably means there’s a leak somewhere.

Used for about 5 minutes and it stopped. Terrible customer service and have to wait days for a tech to get back to customer service to offer anything. Finally got a refund after rejecting their 2 offers to keep the broken item. Why would i keep a broken item for a partial refund? I don’t know. They didn’t want me to ship it back.
