I bought this machine with high hopes as every person review online rants and raves about it. At first, I was on board— this machine was awesome. Until about the 3rd night using it and it turned off unexpectedly and hasn’t worked since. I have done every troubleshooting method possible, even disassembled the machine. To no avail. Unless the machine I got was a dud from the factory and I have bad luck, they are not as good as you’d think. But… when it worked… it WORKED.

I'm pretty pissed right now because nieces two ports and I wanted to just get the directions but it doesn't come with it what it comes with is link to a website that in order to see the videos you need to have a Google account then download it to the Google Drive to FRICKEN view it. Now I'm going to wanna know how to hook up the Bluetooth and everything else so I'm looking on this website and hopefully I will find it.

It broke in two weeks.. We paid almost as much as the machine cost for shipping.Almost two hundred in got to use it 2 weeks

Is broke e 10 code after it ran out of fuel 😔 now it's junk 100

I bought this in the spring and I tried to use this for the first time at the onset of very cold weather here in the northeast during mid January. Unfortunately I received a faulty unit. The fuel line is kinked and will not deliver fuel when the cover is installed. I primed the unit as I was supposed to and started the heater with no problem while the cover was off. I could see the fuel being delivered and could feel warm air coming from the heater so I carefully put the cover on and with in a few minutes the heater gave me a no fuel error and the unit shut down. I took the cover off and restarted the unit and it ran until I reinstalled the cover. It then shut down again. It runs without the cover on so I know the fuel line is getting kinked or pinched when the cover is on. I did not really want to have to attempt a repair on a new unit especially when it comes to the fuel delivery system. I am not sure what fuel line to buy as there are many options online with way to many opinions🤣

I received this heater December 6 opened it took it out of the box plugged it up. It never worked. I reached straight out to them told them it was defective. I asked them to replace it. They offered to send me a switch. I told him I was not accepting any parts for it to to fix it they refused to replace it or refund me the purchase price they offered me $26 refund and told me I could keep it. I told them I absolutely not. I wanted it refunded or exchanged. They stopped communicating our reach out to PayPal Paypal gave them two months to do something about the heater. I haven’t heard anything from anyone. I’ve still got about two weeks left before PayPal steps in everything else I have bought from this company has been good but at the point you send something to someone that is junk and doesn’t work there’s not much to say about your company when you won’t replace it Thank you and consideration when you buy something from them

Giving this a 1 star or zero star, received this unit set it up but dead, it wont start, did the manual pump to prime the unit nothing and then Fuel started coming out on the air filter tube. Now garage smells diesel fumes. Contacted Vevor but no respond yet as of now and its been 3 days. I have a few Vevor stuff that i bought and this one was the first bad one. I purchased a Vevor heater, but unfortunately it does not work. After turning it on, the heater shows an E-06 error code and does not start properly. I have checked the power supply, wiring, and fan, but the problem remains. Please advise how this issue can be resolved or let me know about repair, replacement, or refund options.

Item arrived with the front handle pushed into the metal casing.

Heater came with a pinched fuel line used parts and the clamp on bottom fuel line was not even tight on line! When I contacted support they told me I had to wait one to two business days which it was on a Saturday plus we have a cold snap here 50 during day freezing at night so no heat in my shop after returning propane heater to use this but now I can’t!
