When I first got the heater it had a crack in the fuel tank and was leaking. I contacted support and they immediately sent me a new one, great support. Good price and good heater. I recommend Vevor and this product.

Chris Kaufe ich wieder
Bin überrascht, kleine Standheizung zum kleinen Preis. Macht was sie soll und verträgt bestens Heizöl. Kaufe ich, falls nötig, nochmal.

MS Puts out a lot of heat!
This is a fantastic heater at a great price. There is a star reduction because of the HORRID manual. It took me a full week to try to get the display to work (time, connect to remote etc). It isn't because I didn't do my homework, I also watched dozens and dozens of videos NONE worked with my display. Finally, after freak luck I found the right to buttons to press and got a response, it was really the remote I needed. It would be nice to have this addressed, I know I am not the only one with this complaint and I am pretty techy.
Besides that, it is one of the best purchases I have made. Mine is outside inside a housing with vents, with the hose entering the home to heat my main floor. On setting 1 it will maintain temp and uses little diesel. I use setting 3 in the morning to get the temp up quickly; uses much more diesel but considering the heat output, not too bad. I waited a month to be able to purchase this, well worth the wait and I bought a second one for a friend.
