Item was lost in shipment. FedEx is a horrible shipping company. I do wish they would not use them. I did receive a full refund. It did however take several weeks to get it.

Das Produkt ist O.K. Leider konnte ich nicht erkennen, das der Amboss aus dem Ausland kommt. Es ist sehr schade wie man heute an der Nase herum geführt wird. Deshalb nur zwei Serne. Lieber nur einen Stern. Schämt euch.

I have never experienced a worse customer service or shipping experience. To make the story short, VEVOR has no way of tracking anything accurately, and CEVA outright lies. Wastes your time staying around to accept a shipment that never comes. Finally they offered for me to drive to the warehouse and pick up the item. Never doing business with either company again. Wise up! You both have terrible reviews online.
