II purchased on 11-22-24 and when arrived the Hydraulic Rams Paint was cracking off like it was repainted as if it was a used product. first time I used it the Ram was leaking Hydraulic fluid. I contacted costumer service about the problem and so far it's been VERY POOR SERVICE ! I have read reviews sense, and many people have complained on VERY POOR RESPONSE from the company's handling of problems from products purchased from VEVOR. I have had so far NO answer as to replacing the defective part as of 1-2-24 . my son and I recently built a shop and was looking forward to buying many tools from Vevor to use in our shop, but after the POOR handling of the matter to remedy the Hydraulic Ram Leak, I will not be Purchasing any more Products from VEVOR , nor will I recommend anyone to buy VEVOR tools because of POOR Customer Service.

Could not work properly. Vevor insist to negotiate for some refund and keep kit , which I excepted. Now I’m not using Vevor Hydraulic pump, Im using only rest of Vevor 20 ton porta power kit.

Many attempts to get case replace BUT KEPT GETTONG THE RUN AROUND. CASE WAS UNUSEABLE.

Tool worked good for the first few uses, but steadily seemed to deteriorate. Started with seeming to tweak ever so slightly, then wouldn't retract fully, until it finally blew out its internals and puked all the fluid out of the ram. Requested a warranty replacement, but have been getting the run around for over a week while my project hangs in limbo. This is the second Vevor tool that I've had to push to have warrantied. Will update ratings if it gets resolved.

schön schwer. schön lackiert. schöne scheisse. mit einer luftpumpe kann selbst mein sohn mehr druck aufbauen. das keines der vielen zubehörteile irgend etwas drückt oder hebt, das kann jeder kuhfuss besser. da ich es erst nach langer zeit erstmalig ausgepackt und getestet habe qualifiziert mich zum looser, pech gehabt. hättest es ja zeitnah reklamieren können. es ist sicherlich nur eine kleinigkeit die ich irgendwann selber repariere, so was wie der monteur in china hat nur die eine kugel vergessen, oder eine dichtung, oder hatte einfach zu viel geraucht und einen schlechten tag an seinem ersten tag wo jemand ihm erklärt hat was er tun sollte, eine richtige fachkraft. jetzt kommen sicher viele texte das ich zu dumm wäre es richtig zu bedienen, so in der art ich muss die ablasschraube zudrehen. mit verlaub, wenn ich die noch weiter zudrehe kommt die am anderen ende wieder raus und dann bin ich zweimel looser weil ich es dann selber kaputt gemacht habe.

Right out of the package and the hydraulic cylinder would not hold pressure. I checked the oil level in the pump and it was sufficient for what I needed to do. After reporting this to the company they offered to have me ship it back to wherever it came from and wait for a replacement or refund approximately half the purchase price. I decided in the end to keep the defective tool as a reminder of where not to buy any of my tools in the future.

Used it once and the ram wouldn't retract submitted a warranty claim and was told they couldn't replace the part and offered me a 20 dollar credit. Which dose no good still have a brand new porta power that is useless but i ve got a 20 dollar credit i guess?

Un vérins que j ai utilisé que deux fois une belle boîte pour le prix c est intéressant mais qualité de travail pas top à déconseiller ou à éviter

La livraison à été rapide. Le colis était complet. Par contre le verin fuite dés sa première utlisation Il ne tiens même pas la pression du propre poids de mon bras. Autant dire que je doute sérieusement de sa qualité. J'ai fait une réclamation au service aprés vente il a trois jours échus Avec n° de commande et une vidéo. Et je n'ai toujour pas de retour de leur part.
