Encore une fois, pas de notice en Français, il faut donc improviser !!! Par ailleurs si le prix est compétitif on voit bien que cette caméra est un peu "légère" par rapport à celles que l'on peut louer chez les professionnels du bâtiment. Mais comme je suis un particulier, elle suffira peut-être !!!

Die Kamera an sich macht einen guten Eindruck, allerdings hat sie einen Wackelkontakt, weshalb immer wieder kein Bild angezeigt wird. Der Support reagiert leider sehr langsam, ich warte noch immer auf eine Rückmeldung.

This company absolutely sucks. Major problems with shipping. No actual customer service. Trash. Avoid at all costs. Tried calling several dozen times. They hung up on me without speaking to a representative every single time. Then I finally emailed them. Didn't help me at all. Then I used their "live help support" also didn't work. A trash gpt that lies about where the equipment is. Maybe potentially I'll receive the equipment I purchased. Then we'll find out. Until then this is an absolutely horrendous place to work with.
