When this arrived initially I was happy with the performance of it, and was very sad when there was a failure in the fuse that protects the motor from overheating. I contacted customer support, and they were able to diagnose the issue and sent the replacement part for free as soon as they could. They also included a video to assist in the replacement of the part. Fantastic. On top of that it comes with some spare parts and other accessories that help with the use of it. Couldn't be happier.

Nous avions déjà le modèle avec petit bol, celui ci possède un moteur ultra puissant , utilisation pour reduire des épices en poudre. Obtention de poudre équivalenbte à du 300 microns donc le top en rotatif.

This machine has made my life much easier. I have been dehydrating herbs, spices & fruit to use to ad to help flavor foods. I tried 2 other grinders before this one. They couldn't grind fine enough. This machine not only grinds fine but quickly.

Très bon produit et robuste

Product is a good product and works as advertised. Grinds up wheat just like the more expensive products

Been grinding different wheats and berries for a few months and it's held up. Other reviews if this thing is justified. Makes good flour. As long as you're careful to not have any moisture this is 100 percent worth the money.

Very easy to use. I bought it for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Another great product! Thank you

My wife had borrowed a friend's mill that did 15 lbs with no problem but it was also very big and costly. I got her this one and she says its perfect for what she will typically grind at one time.

Works perfectly as described. Very happy with it so far. Thank you again. I appreciate the quality and the price. It's fairly light as well.
