Only used the scissors wedge. Did the job I needed it to do, but leaks hydraulic fluid. I was able to tighten the fitting some. Won't know if it helped until I use it again.

Well, The pump didn't work right out of the box. Pump had no oil. Had to go buy oil. Pumped it 100's of times and got nothing. Bled the system as described. I had to send them a video of it not working. Then they didn't have one in stock. Had to wait, wait, wait. Short story, a month later from the time of the request for replacement, I got a return shipping label. I will have to say they were in touch about every 3 days, telling me they were waiting on a shipment. In hindsight, I should've insisted on a refund in the beginning instead of waiting on a replacement pump, which never came. Hope to get a new one and plan on it working as it should.

Ted to use it to lift back left corner of a tractor , about 1500# . Will not do 4 ton if it won’t lift 1500 #s .

On the very first day using this product it malfunctioned. And the process of getting a replacement or a refund, takes to long.

1st use. Would not Build pressure. was only quarter full of Hydraulic fluid. So I filled it up, still would not build Pressure. Line was full of air. So after that it started to work fine till Hydraulic fluid started pouring out the Head of Ram. I would not Recommend this tool at all. Starting to think the word VEVOR means "Crap" in some Language.

It's full of fluid but it doesn't have the pressure it needs to push. You can pump on it and it hardly pushes even the slightest weight and when you but it behind the smallest amount of weight it dosent have the pressure needed

II purchased on 11-22-24 and when arrived the Hydraulic Rams Paint was cracking off like it was repainted as if it was a used product. first time I used it the Ram was leaking Hydraulic fluid. I contacted costumer service about the problem and so far it's been VERY POOR SERVICE ! I have read reviews sense, and many people have complained on VERY POOR RESPONSE from the company's handling of problems from products purchased from VEVOR. I have had so far NO answer as to replacing the defective part as of 1-2-24 . my son and I recently built a shop and was looking forward to buying many tools from Vevor to use in our shop, but after the POOR handling of the matter to remedy the Hydraulic Ram Leak, I will not be Purchasing any more Products from VEVOR , nor will I recommend anyone to buy VEVOR tools because of POOR Customer Service.

Could not work properly. Vevor insist to negotiate for some refund and keep kit , which I excepted. Now I’m not using Vevor Hydraulic pump, Im using only rest of Vevor 20 ton porta power kit.

Many attempts to get case replace BUT KEPT GETTONG THE RUN AROUND. CASE WAS UNUSEABLE.
