Hallo,
Ik zie dat deze kast van 25 liter een water tray heeft. Kan de luchtvochtigheid in de broedmachine geregeld worden? En zo niet, wat is de haalbare luchtvochtigheid in deze broedmachine? Ik zoek een kast waar ik kazen in kan laten rijpen. 12gr temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid van tussen de 75 en 85 procent. Gewone klimaatkasten voor wijn zijn qua luchtvochtigheid niet reguleerbaar. Ik hoopte dat deze dat wel is.
Deze broedmachine heeft geen functie voor het aanpassen van de vochtigheid. De wateropvangbak wordt gebruikt om gecondenseerd water te gieten. De vochtigheid is gebaseerd op het plaatselijke klimaat van de klant. Als de vochtigheidsvereiste hoog is, tussen 75% en 85%, wordt dit aanbevolen doe er een bakje water in.
