52 in Foot Stomp Sheet Metal Shear
This sheet metal shear is ideal for cutting aluminum, stainless steel, and low-carbon steel. It features 9CrSi blades and a round blade, with a max cutting length of 51.97 in, thickness of 0.06 in, and a round steel capacity of 0.05 in. A <0.07 mm gap (adjustable) ensures precise, burr-free cuts.
More than just a sheet metal cutter. This foot stomp metal shear features a specially designed round hole blade that allows you to cut through rebar and other round stock with ease. With a maximum cutting diameter of 0.05 in/1.2 mm, it's a versatile tool for both workshop and job-site use.
The blade gap on our shear is manually adjustable. When set to a smaller gap, it's ideal for thinner materials, while a larger gap is better for thicker sheets. This flexibility allows for precise adjustments based on the cutting needs of materials.
Our cutter is made with 9CrSi steel upper and lower blades and a 9CrSi round blade, all heat-treated to HRC52–54 for sharpness. It's built to be tough and edge rolling-resistant. The Q235 steel frame and base provides stable support, reducing vibration and ensuring clean, precise cuts every time.
Our metal shear features foot pedal control for a more reliable and efficient operation. The front and rear material stops ensure precise material positioning and support multiple cuts. The spring-activated hold-down clamp beam securely holds materials, making it easier for everyday use.
