• High Performance: Our linear scale has passed strict quality inspection. It meets the standard of accuracy and stiffness. 10''&40''(250 mm & 1000 mm) travel Length and 5μm resolution are able to achieve good straightness and precise measurement. Connector: 9-Pin connector (Pin-26789), 2 to 0V, 6 to A, 7 to 5V, 8 to B, 9 to R1.
• Durable Aluminum Body: This lathe linear scale adopts an aluminum profile scaling body anodized to resist oxidation. The read head is die-casted with hard chrome for more corrosion resistance—a reasonable appearance for good rigidity.
• Double Seal & Signal Cable: This high accuracy linear scale is equipped with a 3 m signal cable. The signal cable is protected by multi-layer shielded wire steel and a soft metal shell. Thus, it has excellent waterproof and anti-interference performance.
• Stable Slide Part: The slide part of this dro linear scale features a reliable five-bearing system with excellent repeated positioning, which makes the measurement result more stable. With an additional T-slot (Not including in the package), the back groove could be used for installation when the contact surface is too short or additional support when using a long linear scale.
• Convenient & Practical: The lathe linear scale has slotted end blocks for easy and adjustable installation. Besides, multiple mounting holes are more accessible to fix to the brackets' position and additional mounting hardware. So it has a wide range of applications.
