Hallo, snijdiepte is volgens specs 20mm, maar als ik nu een roterende kop plaats om een rond voorwerp te graveren ben ik meer hoogte nodig, kan dat ingesteld worden?
Wat is de accuraatheid waarmee dit toestel kan snijden en hoe dik is de snijlijn na snijden?
Hoe zet dit apparaat in praktische zin CAD ontwerpen om in een snijproces? Kunnen dxf bestanden direct worden geïmporteerd? Kunnen Solidworks bestanden worden omgezet naar AutoCAD bestanden om het snijproces uit te voeren?
Is de air assist volledig inbegrepen in het toestel en over welk type air assist gaat het?
Snijnauwkeurigheid, tekst is 2 mm * 2 mm, letters zijn 1 mm * 1 mm. De machine ondersteunt DXF, AI-formaat. Het heeft een ingebouwde luchtpomp om lucht te blazen en de luchtondersteuning is vlamvertragend.
Ten eerste ben ik heel blij met de machine, maar.....
Na 2 dagen deed de laser on/off switch het 8 van de 10 keer het niet.
Na 2 weken deed de main (sleutel) swicht het niet meer!! Gelukkig staat hij in de On stand en kan ik hem zo niet meer uitzetten maar moet ik hem met de noodstop uitschakelen.
Vevor stuurt mij nu een nieuwe sleutel schakelaar maar die andere schakelaar zeggen ze niets over.
Ik moet hem er wel zelf in gaan zetten !!
De ruida controller (in combinatie met Lightburn) werkt wel heel goed en de laser snijd en graveert ook goed.
De koeling werkt niet zo goed. Het is eigenlijk een radiator met 2 ventilatoren en kan dus hooguit koelen tot de kamer temperatuur.
Het was afgelopen weken erg warm en kon de machine dus eigenlijk niet gebruiken! 1 keer graveren en de temperatuur was al 29 graden!
Ik heb de interne koeling omgezet naar een grote (15l) emmer met een kleine vijverpomp waar ik bevroren fles met water in doe en dat werkt wel erg goed.
Het zijn een aantal dingen om rekening mee te houden. Maar de machine op zich werkt prima en dat er 2 laden in zitten dat je ook heel lange dingen kunt graveren/snijden is perfect en werkt ook goed met lightburn.
PS: Ik heb zelf met 3D printer een klein kapje op de laserdiode gezet omdat de stip niet precies genoeg was, maar nu wel.
