Pour le prix je suis tres satisfais . Une poêle n'es pas complètement a plat (10") mais très subtilement.
Bien content de mon achat .
Dégelé mon chili pour mes " chilie dog" très bien.

Normally, an all clad guy, I really like these pans. Much easier to flip stuff with one hand, and although slightly thinner than the all clad, heat distribution is fast and even. Handles are hefty (almost too big) and rivets seem solid. Should be great pans for a long time. They are oversized for what the spec says and the side walls are much higher than the all clad pans.. (The 8 inch one is closer to a 10 inch all clad pan, as an example.) My only complaint is that they are not sold separately because I would like four or five of the 8 inch.
