L’ho acquistato un paio di mesi fa. Prodotto già 30 kg di gelato. Il funzionamento e’ ottimo e il prodotto che si ottiene straordinario. Vorrei suggerire a tutti coloro che criticano il fatto che il gelato non si solidifica o che dopo poco torna liquido di utilizzare i giusti ingredienti per farlo: ci sono sul mercato addensanti naturali (farina di semi dii carruba) o chimici (gli stessi utilizzati dalle gelaterie. E’ chiaro che qualcosa bisogna aggiungervi per evitare che ghiacci o che sgelando torni liquido.
Queste situazioni ripeto, non dipendono dalla gelatiera ma esclusivamente dagli ingredienti.

Works as well as or better than machines costing 3 times as much. Love how it has a compressor in it which makes it so much easier to use. Clean up is a breeze. Highly recommended
