Superbe machine à panini ! J'ai eu un petit souci de panne au déballage, mais le service client a été irréprochable : ils ont identifié le problème immédiatement et m'ont rapidement renvoyé la pièce défectueuse qu'il me fallait.
Une fois en marche, l'appareil chauffe super bien et fait parfaitement son travail. Vu le prix, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment imbattable, et savoir qu'on peut compter sur un SAV réactif et professionnel fait toute la différence. Je recommande à 100 % !
