I installed this in my coffee trailer for a serving window and it is exactly what I thought it was going to be.

Fry Guy Boss
Very well built. It deeper than I expected, it is 3.5” deep so it sticks through the wall a couple inches, but not a problem in my application. When unpacking, I almost broke the screen handles trying to open the screen. Thought they were locked, with the key inside. The handles pull out towards the operator to make a raised handle and unlatch the screen. Would have been nice if this was mentioned somewhere. Luckily I figured it out just before breaking a latch. Would also be nice if the screens could be removed, but not a big deal. Overall very satisfied

Screen Concession Window
This versatile concession window is both attractive and practical, featuring precise measurements for easy fabrication and installation. Available in multiple sizes to add more convenience to your sales operations.
Q1: Are the window dimensions precise? Will it fit my food cart/counter?A1: Strict size control! The window frame installation size is 1346x838 mm / 53x33 inch, suitable for standard food cart/counter openings. Please measure your installation space before purchasing.Q2: Is the aluminum composite panel prone to cracking or scratching?A2: Highly durable! The upgraded 2.5mm aluminum composite panel is sturdy and impact-resistant, outperforming ordinary materials and able to endure bumps, high heat, and oily environments.Q3: Can the hydraulic rods stably support an 85° opening angle?A3: Dual hydraulic rods provide strong support! Using 420 series hydraulic rods (150mm stroke), the window opens and closes smoothly and can stay suspended at any angle—ideal for frequent use scenarios.Q4: Are the locking points prone to rusting?A4: Galvanized anti-rust treatment! Locking points feature a zinc alloy coating and pass a 72-hour salt spray test, offering better rust resistance than ordinary locks for long-term outdoor use without worry.Q5: Does it include a screen? How do I clean it?A5: Designed for easy maintenance! This version includes a screen to effectively keep out insects. The window surface can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The frame has a white powder-coated finish that resists oil stains.
