The dryer works well, it only needs three settings temp time and light on and off. This makes this a perfect machine. It dries everything well and the grates are resistant to sticking. the gauze and silicone layers are very useful. I plant to use for fruit and meat so I always have my dried snack. Gerard

After doing a heap of research on the available dehydrators in the market - this Vevor dehydrator came up with the best price, size, functionality and temperature range. I have used it quite a bit an am very impressed. Many other alternatives around the same price were made of plastic and/or much smaller and/or had a smaller range of temperature control.
