You can get great pizzas out of it, but actually, you are constantly having to scoop more, otherwise it will run out quickly. If you scoop too much, it also gets too hot immediately and you can't do anything for a while. There is also no adjustment screw to regulate this. So it works, but it's not user-friendly.
