Over all, I love my new beast BUT - the one thing I still need to work around is this. There is no low, med or high settings. You set the unit according to the attachment (dough hook, paddle, whip) and then she just 'goes'. Poof goes the flour all over. I shouldn't have to cover up the cage to keep everything inside the bowl &^%$#. I need to problem solve this. But otherwise, I love it.
