NOTE: It is recommended to use separate socket plates for each of the two plugs to minimize the risk of unexpected loss of power (please plug into a wall socket rather than a wiring plate-type socket).
Set the Temp & Time: Thanks to the independent thermostatic control on each tank, you can easily adjust the temperature from 122°F to 392°F (50-200°C). GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY, it requires a 16amp supply as it is a commercial fryer, if you are going to use both fryers at the same time, you can use it on a 13amp plug or supply but only use one fryer at a one time as it will blow the fuse or breaker. works great & cooks chips in minutes.
Very pleased with this product. Handy for when family comes round as I can use the 2 sections. When it is just the 4 of us I use just the one. When my last fryer died I got an air fryer, but didn't get on with it, so have gone back to a deep fat. I have got on really well with this as each side is a good size. Would recommend.
