Can the heater be set at specific low temps too? I'm thinking this would be useful for fermenting and having it at the perfect temp range for the used yeast.
Generally, the fermentation temperature is between 10-25°C. If the fermentation temperature is low, the fermentation will be slow, and if the time is long, it is better. The room temperature is 20-25°C, and the normal fermentation time is 10-15 days. Heating fermentation may affect the taste. It is not recommended that you use heat fermentation.
