It is made of Aluminum-type material with high density. After welding, polishing, and trimming, the surface is smooth and will not puncture the mesh.

Tough and durable mesh, made of Nylon and Teflon, is securely fastened to the Aluminum frame. It is suitable for long-term use with excellent performance in compression resistance, solvent resistance, stable physical performance, and slight stretching.

The aluminum silkscreen is solvent-poor glue bonded. The adhesive mesh glue we used is strong in viscosity, so that the mesh is not easy to fall off. In addition, the glue is completely transparent and won’t become yellow after solidification.

When printing, first pour the ink on the mesh, and it will be transferred to the substrate through the mesh of the graphic part through the squeezing of the blade to form the same graphic as the original.

Once finish your work, rinse the frame with water or screen washing agent and put it in a dry location, and it will look like a brand new one. It can be reused repeatedly for a long time.
