Our Saw Blade Sharpener is designed for sharpening various kinds of carbide-tipped saw blades from 3'' to 27.5'' (75-700 mm). The saw blade sharpener features a 20-degree adjustment of the wheel and 30° from the left & 45° from the right of the handle. It is widely used in wood processing, and furniture manufacturing.

5 inch Grinding Wheel

5'' grinding wheel can easily handle with kinds of carbide-tipped saw blades. The package also includes a set of tools, such as saw centerings (φ22, φ30, φ25, φ40, φ25.4), Allen wrench, hex wrench, and cross screwdriver to assist you in working.

Applicable Blades

The saw machine is suitable to grind saw blade w/ scraper, unconventional saw blade, saw blade w/ dense teeth, saw blade w/ loose teeth, left & right teeth w/ scraper, saw blade w/ flat teeth, and saw blade w/ trapezoidal flat teeth. Suitable for the blade diameter from 3.15'' to 27.5''.

Our 370W saw blade sharpener can generate a 2850 RPM rotation speed, making the diamond sanding wheel sharpen your blades quickly.

Adjustable Turning Angle

The angle of the Wheel: ± 20°. Handle Turning Angle: 30° from the left & 45° from the right. The Saw blade grinder machine with a turntable, easy to adjust the cutting edge of the feed angle. There is also a scale designed for high accuracy.

Wet Grinding

Our machine comes with a 1.8 L water tank, which you can use for cooling. The considerate details can well reduce the high temperature of the grinding wheel.

It works for me

OK, so the instructions are really rubbish! Mine were illegible and the occasional words that could be deciphered were badly translated into English.They went straight into the bin.Having said that, anybody with an inkling of engineering nouse could work out how it goes together and how it works.I spent some time setting it up, tightening all the fixings and generally getting to know the machine.The cutting angles can be set up any which way to get the correct angle of attack for any particular blade and once done the only variable is the change to saw diameter which does not affect the other settings.All in all it is a rugged construction which should give years of use. My first attempt produced very acceptable results.

So far it seems to do everything it says on the can! Already sharpened 3 blades with little effort! Tip: Ignore the Youtube videos that show aligning the blade angle to the teeth visually or with magnifying glass - simply use a felt tip pen on the tooth face and touch gently against the grinding wheel - easy to see if the alignment is accurate and adjust accordingly!

Works Great

This does the job just great once you get the hang of it.It's very fiddly to set up and the instructions are useless. I recommend that you watch "Fishers Shop " on YouTube to get an idea of how to use. The more familiar you are the easier it gets (obviously).It is a very substantial piece of kit (you need arms like Popeye) compared to others on the market. It works by introducing the blade to the disc rather than the other way round which I like. It does have its shortcomings (see photo).The locking bar on the main turret fouls the blade holding mechanism. The locating pin sits on a shaft which sides down once loosened (I made a collar to keep at the right height).This locating pin is secured with an Allen head bolt which is very awkward to get at and I changed this to a hex head. The most annoying thing is this bolt has a habit of moving when you tighten it up just when you have everything set up. Not sure about the accuracy of the scale, they are just stuck on labels.It's more an eyeball to get the teeth parallel to the disc. Having said that I do like it.It takes longer to set up than to actually sharpen the blade and is pure convenience

Takes a little bit of working out but works like a dream. Quite a few different size blades sharpened that now cut like new. This machine will save more than its cost in the long run. A good buy.

Not bad for the price

Not bad value and at the end of the day it seems to do the job. A bit tricky to set up precisely but I have only tried sharpening a 26 blade so it may be easier on smaller blades. The diamond wheel doesn_ seem the best as I_e already worn through the coating in one area and had to order another for future sharpening jobs. The machine itself should hopefully pay for itself after another half a dozen uses.
