Continuous Horizontal Band Sealer FR900K
Our continuous horizontal band sealer is for packing and sealing dry goods and suitable for sealing and bag-making various plastic and compound films. The machine uses an electronic constant temperature mechanism and a step-less speed adjusting transmission mechanism, making it ideal for the assembly line. You can print the production date, logo, etc., in the film simultaneously. The control panel is updated with an advanced temperature meter and counting function.

Automatic Sealing
The automatic bag sealer is equipped with an embossing wheel and a printing wheel. You can replace the type with what you need and print the production date, time, logo, etc., in the film. It comes with a box of letters and numbers.
Solid Construction
The heating and cooling blocks are made of pure copper, and the gears are made of solid iron. The automatic bag sealer adopts the roller conveyor, combined with a thickened belt and a stainless steel shelf. The belt position is adjustable.
Updated Control Panel
The bag sealing machine features an updated control panel. A digital display temperature control meter is clearer and easier to operate than a dial temperature control meter. Besides, it has the counting function with a photoelectricity counter.
Adjustable & Portable

ik wil een bandsealer bestellen. De foliedikte is 2x 200 mu
nu zie ik dat de FR 900 tot 0,8mm dik kan sealen en de FR900K tot 0,08mm
Deze zou ik het liefst kopen omdat hij een digitale temperatuurregeling heeft. Verderop in de specificaties staat tot 0,03 inch . Dat komt overeen met bijna 0,76mm. Klopt hier de informatie niet of moet ik echt de analoge versie FR900 hiervoor inzetten?
Ja, de machine kan het verzegelen, het bereik is 8 draden - 40 draden, 1 mm is gelijk aan 100 draden.
