Good quality and value, fully extended needs careful control, very flexible fully extended. Certainly completed the task I purchased it for, needs two people to use when fully extended I would recommend. Sharp saw blade easily cuts through branches and the hook on the end enables you to clear debris collected in branches. Attaches and detaches easily, screw pints are secure and safe.

This isnt for the weak muscled. When trying to reach a high branch with all poles in place it is fairly heavy and quite difficult to position. Once in place though it rips through branches making sshort work of most jobs, thats apart from the time i took resting. The pole set is very sturdy, clips together very well. The hook on the end of the saw makes a good 'anchor' for when you need a rest but dont want the blade to come out of the cut. Yep, does the job well

I used the product for cutting away large conifer branches upto a diameter of 3” very good tool would recommend to buy can be a bit awkward when fully extended but this is to be expected but had no problems at all.

Overall, I am very pleased with the saw. It has enabled me to reach some very high branches much more conveniently. The poles are slightly heavier than I anticipated when fully extended. The saw blade is also flimsier than expected. But I have had the the saw blade stuck in branches high up and despite some vigorous tooing and fro-ing and bending, the blade has survived unscathed. A thicker blade would probably have bent or broken. So overall, a good useful, purchase.

Will use this tool to trim the trees in the garden, not used it yet, will do in the Spring Time.

I Bought this for overhanging branches that are high. The construction is quite well made. It does bend slightly, but not too much. I used this to cut branches with a few poles attached. After using it a bit ( it does take a bit of getting used to ) I did use all the poles fitted. I think this was about 8 metres plus. I work in a physical job, but was aching alot after using this, so I would say it needs a certain amount of strength. I had my doubts about the blade, but works well. I did get it stuck twice though. I was looking for a long reach chainsaw when I found this, which I'm glad I did. I did used a polesaw about 2.5m long, as well as a chainsaw to do the job for lower work. I would recommend this to cut up to about a 4inch branch. The only drop on a star was easy to use, because it does take a bit of getting used to. Besides this it was great to do the job.

Absolutely brilliant bit of kit- thinned out so.e really tall trees with no issues- if you need to cut trees then get one!
