Wayside Strike Out then and Home Run
Sooo a bit of a saga on this... This worked really well for 2 weeks and then all of a sudden stopped. We used it a lot - oftentimes back-to-back for hours. We reached out to support and they had us go through several steps to diagnose the problem - including eventually having a technician come out to diagnose the problem- which ended up being a coolant leak and cracked line. That would have costed us $800 to fix. At that point, Vevor Support offered several options but we landed on them sending us a new machine - and they did. Thank you, Vevor, for the responsiveness and customer service. New machine is working well.
For the price, it makes sense. We weren't ready to jump in on a $12,000 machine as a product we are just testing out. It's working really well for what we need (25 gallons/ week) And knowing that Vevor support came through when it broke made it definitely worth it.

Je suis super satisfait du produit, une vraie machine professionnelle sans aucun doute, la glace prend rapidement une fois la première glace faite, même en nettoyant entre chacune des glaces, vu que l’intérieur de la machine est froid. Ça va très très vite en 30 minutes on peut faire 3 l de glace, parfaitement bien glacé. et ça sort bien ponctue de la machine.
