For the money paid this unit is amazing value for money .
Very good build quality with a good selection of programmes to keep things interesting. The manual that came with the unit is poor with very little information.
Gives full body massage - vibrates from feet thru to shoulders. Easy to operate.Very sturdy and well made. I use first thing in morning and last thing at night (10 minutes) - feel very relaxed and vibrant after exercise.Highly recommend
Gid value for money solid machine not a light weight plashtic.
Just got this on monday only had to fit batteries to the control. Parts of my body moved that I did not think possible. Once I was able to balance and took things slowely I was fine,will work at it to see if I am healthy and lose weight.
Used as a means to tone body, lose weight and exercise. Arrived within 7 days when initial time span was three weeks. A handy machine for our handicapped son.
