Impressed with quality of the product, but fixing bolts did not meet the requirements of the concrete base. No real criticism because it must be extremely hard to provide the necessary fixings for every scenario.
Just bought our second handrail. Easy to install, looks modern, and is sturdy.
My only gripe is the loose plastic ground plate cover, which spins around when touched. Needs a fixing system.
Otherwise good product.
Excellent product, for use outside, quality materials but one grub screw on the hinge slightly difficult to do up securely. OK eventually. Would recommend for any outside steps
I bought 3 X 5 ft handrails for a very awkward set of back steps. They fitted extremely well because of the 8 inch overhang between posts. I can now safely walk up my steps without worry for the first time in a year (medical problems). Life is far easier now that they are in place.
Perfect for the situation I needed it for . Well made sturdy easy to assemble and erect. Difficult to understand however why the first one I bought (exactly the same item ) was £58.00 this one £99.00. I appreciate prices have to rise but this is 50% and is totally unjustified.
Very pleased with the stair rail. Delivered quickly. Very easy to assemble ( unlike several others on the market ). Solidly built but not heavy and very steady when put up.
Certainly excellent value for money and looks great too ( for a handrail )
